Sent to the Chief Rabbinate of Haifa on Elul 6, 1949. Deals with matters of Gittin.  [1] leaf, written on both sides. 20X14 cm. Filing holes and an additional small tear. Stains and fold lines. Good overall condition.  Rabbi Yechiel Michl Dobroskin (1910-1978) was devoted to the Admor the Rayatz and later to the Rebbe. Served as a member of the Chabadic Beit Din in Israel and as Rav and Mashpi'a of the Chabdic community of Haifa. Served as Av Beit Din of Brăila, Romania, where he regularly delivered lessons on Divrei Elokim Chaim and brought many closer to Chassidut. In 1950, he immigrated to Israel and lived in Haifa.
