Extraordinary Museum Piece! Embriodered Matzah-Cover - Germany ca. Late 19th Century / Early 20th Century - Red and golden embriodered Matzah-cover, folds into four. On one part, the blessing of the Matzah, the Seder Plate, Eliyahu's Cup, four cups and a candle with vine and vine leaves around them. On a second part, the inscription of Pesach above a star-of-David with beams of light surrounding it; on the two other parts, the Four Sons: the Wise, the Evil, the Innocent and He who does not Know How to Ask. Special item! Unusual designed; the fabric folds to form compartments for inserting the three Matzahs. Very good condition. Stains.  Total length: 1.48 m. Width: 45 cm.
