Collection of Haggadot. Rare Editions. Livorno, ca. 1888-1920. One of Them Not in the National Library - Sefer Erev Pesach, Seder Limud for the month of Nissan, Passover ahggadah and Shir hashirim, by Rabbi Chaim Hacohen Av Beit Din of Tripoli. Livorno, the Press of Shlomo Belforte and Co. two extremely rare editions. 1. Sefer Erev Pesach [Passover Haggadah] with the Zecher Pesach elucidation and the Aravit prayer for Leil Pesach and Ta'amei Shir Hashirim based on the book by the Rav the Minchat Shai [Rabbi Yedidya Shlomo Raphael]. Livorno: the Press of Shlomo Belforte and Co. 1888. Second ediiton of the famed Haggadah that had many following editions. Printed leaf-by-leaf according to the Livorno 1884 edition, with some minor variations. The corrections that were printed there at the end of the book were included here in their proper place. On the title page: שנת ישא ב'ר'כ'ה' מ'א'ת' ה' [תרס”ח!]. According to the Bibliography of the Hebrew book, the letter כ' was in bold by mistake. In addiiton, they claim that Ya'ari's description is incorrect. Printed on verso of the title page is a warning by the editors Shalom Teshuvah and Saul Adadai not to trespass. This is a unique variant which contains the Azharot only! 5 pp. 16 cm. Very good condition. Cover title.
