Collection of Haggadahs Printed in Djerba and Tunis - 1931-1960 - Colelction of [3] Haggadahs printed in Djerba, Tunis and Jerusalem. 1917-1960.  1. Haggadah shel Pesach - Sefer Usmachtem Lifnei Hashem Elikeichem . With an Arabic translation in Hebrew letters, Dinim and Minhagim, Chidushim and Ma'asiyot in Arabic by צגייר בלא”א בנימין המכונה מניני דמתקרי פרירי עשוש... Djerba, 1949.  With Seder Hakiddush per the custom of Djerba and the cities of Western Yemen.  Tao passages from the Zohar, Seder Keri'ah for Leil Haseder after the meal. a commentary and Chidushim.  The Bibliography of the Hebrew book notes that in the library of Dr. Y. Mehlman there is a copy printed on thick paper with varied colors. Similarly, this copy was also printed on thick paper with varied colors.  Yaari 2374; Otzra Hahaggadot 4119.  [4], 132 leaves. Approx. 15 cm.  Good-very good condition. No wine stains. Stamps. Ancient binding in good condition.  2. Sefer Rinah Vyeshu'ah , Section II, the press of Zion Vazan and Sons, Tunis, 1931.  After the second Livorno 1883 edition, with an addition of an Arabic translation in Hebrew letters of Megillat Ruth. The name of the second author, Rabbi Yehuda Charmon, was omitted from this edition and there are also some lingual variationsin the Arabic text.  Otzar Hahaggadot 2955.  154 leaves. 17 cm.  Good condition. Aging stains. Moth perforations. Detached title page. Ancient half-leather binding in good condition.  3. Haggadah shel Pesach with the Kos Eliyahu commentary : a new elucidation by Rabbi Eliyahu ben Harush. Djerba, 1938 [Tel Aviv, 1960].  Added to it are Dinim and Hanhagot in Arabic [in Hebrew letters] and the version of the prayer edited by Rabbi Shaul Yeshu'ah ben Rabbi Yitzchak Abitbul.  On the title page: the Island of Djerba, 1938 [Yaari 2250; Otzar Hahaggadot 3636]. However, based on certain changes in the order of the leaves, the Bibliography of the Hebnrew Book states that this Haggadah was actually printed in Tel Aviv. [The changes in this copy: in this edition, the publishers' address (on verso of the title page) was omitted as well as the list of pre-subscribers (on leaf 2). Passages were omitted from leaves 11a and 26b (first pagination); in addition, typewritten text was added (on leaf 26b of the first pagination). The article Mi Huh Hamechaber Hahaggadah was moved from leaves 27b-28 to the beginning of the book (after the title page)].  [3], 3-27, 60 leaves. 21 cm.  Very good condition. Wine stains. Original binding.
