Was the grandson of the Admor Rabbi Chanoch Henich of Alexander , the son-in-law of the Admor of Ger author of the Sefat Emet , and brother-in-law of the Admor the author of the Imrei Emet. bendin, Nissan 10, 1934. The letter is addressed to the famed Lithuanian Gaon Rabbi yechiel Yaakov Weinberg , the author of Shut Seridei Esh and it deals with the printing of the books by both of them. At the beginning of the letter, the Rav of Bendin apologizes for not having yet the opportunity to study the new book by the Seridei Esh due to his health, which does not allow him deep study: ”ומצד בריאותי קשה לי עוד לעיין, וכאשר יוטב לי בעזה”י אראה לעיין ולהשיב לו” Later, the Rav of Bendin asks the addressee to help him contact one of the wealthy people of the generation (his name is mentioned in the letter) to obtain monetary support for printing his book. Unfortunately, the Rav of Bendin passed away in that year, before he managed to publish his book. His book Yechahen Pe'er was published two years later, in 1936, by his sons, who wrote in their foreword about their father's strong desire to see the book published. This desire is indeed reflected in this letter, which was written in his last year of life from his sickbed. On the margins of the letter, the Rav of Bendin added a blessing for Passover: ”בחג כשר ושמח”. [1] leaf. 20X27 cm. Very good condiiton. Fold lines and filing perforations.
