Coupon Signed by the Famed Jerusalem Tzaddik Rabbi David Baharan - Jerusalem Nissan 1929 - Coupon of the Vaad Haklali Knesset Yisrael, from Nissan 26, 1929, for the famed Jerusalem Tzaddik Rabbi David Baharan ”Hefresh from the Matzah”. With his handwritten signature.  Approx. 12X9 cm.  Minor stains. Good overall condition.  Rabbi David Baharan (1864-1946) the son of the Gaon Rabbi Nachum Shodiker. One of the leading talmidei Chachamim of the old Yishuv of Jerusalem. Was known as a Matmid and Tzaddik. Was the disicple of the leading rabbis of Jerusalem including the Maharil Diskin and Rabbi Meir Auerbach. Was one of the founders of the Ohel Moshe Yeshiva. His disicples included Gedolei Torah such as Rabbi Avraham Chaim naeh and Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach.
