Good overall condition.  Throughout the book, several stamps of Rabbi Yehuda Segal, Rav and Moreh Tzeddek, Kiryat Shalom, Tel Aviv.  The Mekubal Rabbi Yehuda Zerachya Mordechai Leib Chaim Halevi Segal (1924-2001) was born in Jerusalem to his father, Rabbi Shefatya (Sheftal) Segal, and his mother, Chana-Elka, the daughter of Rabbi Yaakov Mandelbaum. In his childhood, his family moved to Neve Shalom in Jaffa, where he studied at the Sha'arei Torah Talmud Torah. He then continued his studies at the Lomza Yeshiva in Petach Tikvah, where he was a member of the Beit Midrash along with the Gaon Rabbi Elazar Menachem Mann Shach. Even in his youth, he was known for his talents and diligence, and the Chazon Ish called him a ”lion among lions.” In 1959, he was appointed as the Rav of the Kiryat Shalom neighborhood in South Tel Aviv, a position he held for nearly fifty years until his passing. He published Torah and philosophical articles in various Torah forums and authored many books, including Tzemach Yehuda, Mishpetei HaChen, Dorshei Hashem, Reishit HaAvodah, and Chiddushei Rabbi Yehuda Zerachya. He corresponded with the Lubavitcher Rebbe and was involved in disseminating Torah and Mussar within his community.
