Good overall condition.  Background : this book was authored by Rabbi Yechiel Michl Tucazinsky regarding the dateline, about which there was a long-standing dispute. The controversy has resurfaced when the yeshivas of Lithuania were exiled during the Holocaust to Shanghai, China.  Rabbinic opinions were divided: the Chazon Ish believed they should change the day whereas Rabbi Yechiel Michl Tucazinsky, referring to a question by the Admor the Imrei Emes of Ger, claimed they should not change it, discussing the issue in this book (see more in the introduction to the book).  In that same year, Rabbeinu the Chazon Ish published the work Kuntres Shmonah Esreh Sha'ot in which he stated his opposing opinion on the subject. In his introduction he wrote:  ”כאשר יצא לאור ס’ בשם ”היומם בכדור הארץ”, ובו קובע שירושלים הוא המרכז... וכאילו זו דעת כל הראשונים, ובאשר הדבר בהפך גמור... נתחייבנו לפרש הדברים...” [When the book titled Hayomam Bekadur HaAretz was published stating that Jerusalem is the center.. as if this was the opinion of all the Rishonim when actually the opposite is true... we have committed ourselves to clarifying the subject....].
