A Book for the Discerning Reader - Olamo shel Abba - with a Lengthy Dedication Handwritten and Signed by the Publisher Rabbi Pinchas Miller - Jerusalem, 1984 - Olamo shel Abba - fascinating memories of the communities of Hungary, its sages and rabbis - by Rabbi Asher Anshil Yehuda Miller Av Beit Din of Petroshen and author of Shemen Asher - published by his son Rabbi Pinchas Miller Av Beit Din of Natzrat Ilit - Jerusalem, 1974.  The book contains fascinating and important memories of Hungarian communities from before WWI until after the Holocaust. The book introduces first-hand memories of a man who lived and experienced one of the most turbulent periods in Jewish history: the period between the two world wars, the destruction of the communities, the Zionist Movement and more. The book contains stories about leading HUngarian rabbis, as well as about simple people.  Immediately with its publication, the book was accepted fondly by Gedolei Yisrael, rabbis, scholars and Jews of Hungarian origin, it being an authentic source of information about those days.  Appearing on the title page is a dedication by the Gaon Rabbi Pinchas Miller Av Beit Din of Natzrat Ilit, who edited and published the book: לידיד הנכבד פרופסור שרגא דירנפלד הי”ו, מדען שומר תורה ומצוות, המקדש שם שמים ברבים, בהוקרה רבה פנחס מילר...” [To the honorable friend Prof. Sheraga Direnfeld, a scientists Shomer Torah Umitzvot... appreciatively Pinchas Miller].  Some aging stains. Good condition.
