Yesod - First Edition of Shur Pe'er hador - by Rabbeinu the Rambam - Amsterdam, 1765 - Sefer Pe'er hador - Shut by Rabbein the Rambam - published from his manuscript by Rabbi Mordechai Tamah, the grandson of Rabbi Eliezer Nachum the author of Sefer Chazon nachum - from the archive of the Gvir Yaakov Sasportas - Amsterdam, 1765 - first edition - Stefansky Yesod 362.  In this book, the Rambam responded to questions on the Torah and on his book Hayad Hachazakah. In Responsum 41, the Rambam recalls his troubles and illness. The book was part of the library of the Gvir Yaakov Sasportas. The manuscript was in Arabic and was translated into Hebrew by the publisher, Rabbi Mordechai Tamah. At the beginning of the book, there is a foreword by the Gvir Yaakov Sasportasand the publisher, Rabbi Mordechai Tamah.  14, [1], 56 leaves.  Ancient half-leather binding. Stains. Good condition.
