Kuntres Haramat Keren HaTorah Vekeren HaEmet - Booklet on the Bitter Dispute between the Chassidim and the Klausenburg Community - ca.1924 - Polemic - Kuntres Haramat Keren HaTorah Vekeren HaEmet - on the bitter dispute between the Chassidim and the Klausenburg Community - by Rabbi Eliezer Fried Dayan of the town - Klausenburg, ca.1924.  Background: For many years, there was a controversy in Klausenburg between the Sephardim community, which included many of the city's residents who leaned in their views toward Chassidut, and the general community of the city, under the leadership of Rabbi Moshe Shmuel Glasner. Among the famous rabbis of the Sephardim community were the Admor, author of the Shefa Chaim of Sanz, and the Admor, Rabbi Yehudah'le of Djikov.  This is a bibliographic discovery - Kuntres Haramat Keren HaTorah Vekeren HaEmet, in which Rabbi Fried protests against members of the general community who use the services of the Shochet of the Sephardim community stating that anyone who uses these services, שחיטתו נבילה.... First time auctioned! Not in the National Library! Not in the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book! 16 pp.  Small tear slightly affecting the text of the title page. Good condition.
