Throughout the book, 3 glosses handwritten by the Mekubal Rabbi David Gavy of Tunisia, known as the Rav the Dagan - 2 of them signed 'הדג”ן' and the third, with his full name: 'הצעיר דוד גאווי ס”ט'.
