In the Kuntres, Rabbi Friedland confronts the claims against the Zionist Movement. Rabbi Friedland responds at length, introducing evidence from the Sages, the Talmud, Rishonim and Acharonim.  At the end of the Kuntres, Rabbi Friedland proposes to settle Syria first, where there is no objection of the Turks. There, the Jews will be able to observe the Mitzvot Hatluyot BaAretz, which apply also in Syria. Later, And it shall be that when the governments see that we conduct ourselves in peace and uprightness with our neighbors, they will permit us [to settle] in the Land of Israel as well. However, the general rule in this matter is that we must do everything within our power, and then G-d will appear with open miracles, etc...”.  Extremely rare! 81-90 pp. Two copies bound together.  Wear.
