Extremely Rare! Sefer Yeshivat Torat Chaim Haklalit containing a Certificate Signed by the Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Yitzchak Winoghrad- Jerusalem, ca. 1900s - Sefer Yeshivat Torat Chaim Haklalit - rare historical document containing regulations and certificates of the yeshiva that was founded in Jerusalem in 1886-1887 by Rabbi Yitzchak Winoghrad. This is the complete original copy, including the rare cover and membership certificate signed by the Rashei Yeshiva. And certificates of Anshei Hashem that were printed with the book - an extremely rare historical item from the early yeshiva world of Jerusalem. The book contains the official regulations (Takanot) of the Yeshivat Torat Chaim Haklalit, one of the central and most important yeshivas of the Old Yishuv of Jerusalem which was founded in Cheshvan 1886 by Rabbi Yitzchak Winograd, his brother Rabbi Yosef Eliyahu Winograd and their brother-in-law Rabbi Zerach Epstein. The yeshiva was founded in the OLd City of Jerusalem as part of the revival of the Torah in the Holy Land. Among its students over the years were important rabbis and Gedolei Tiorah including Rabbi Zvi Yehdua Hacohen Kook, Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Harlap, Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank, Rav Aryeh Levin, Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv and Rabbi Avraham Chaim Naeh. Includes: an original membership certificate no. 258 to the philathropist Reb Aryeh Leib ben Menachem Mendel, which was signed by the Rosh Yeshiva the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Winograd on Iyar 17, 1904.
