Rare Kabbalistic Manuscript - Southern Yemen, 1848 - Four Important Works, Two of Them Never Published - Important Kabbalistic manuscript with four rare works; based on electronic databases, two of them were never published . Fien Yemenite script, with headings, ornate colophons and glosses on the margins of the leaves. Southern Yemen, ca. 1848. The volume binds four central works in Yemenite Kabbalah:  * Sefer Lechem Shlomo - Kabbalistic work by Rabbi Shlomo ben Rabbi David Hacohen of Yemen. This is a complete copy of the entire work, beginning with the introduction and content  and ending with the ornate colophon at its  end. The manuscript is professionally edited, with heading and titles of chapters in large square fonts and glosses typographically integrated into the text.  * Sefer Segulot  - by the Mekubal Rabbi Shalom Hakarchi. One of the first Kabbalistic works that was written in Yemen. This work was copied by teh same scribe, using beautiful script. At its end, an illustrated colophom, similar to that of the previous wrk, with the date it was completed: “יום א' כ”ח אדר ב' תר”ח לפ”ק” (1848). Possibly, the copyist signed with the intiials “א”ש”. Then, there are two addiitonal works, which to the best of our knowledge and based on electronic databases, were never printed. * Sefer Likutim Kabbaliyim - collection of Talmudic, Midrashic and Kabbalistic sources. Its uniqueness lies in that beside each passage, the author noted on the marhis its precise source (Brit Menuchah, Sefer Karnayim and more). Written at the beginnibg of the work: “בשם רחמן מלא רחמים — אפתח פי ברשות צורי ואדוני, הוא ישלח מלאכו ויעזרני בהו”ש”. The work does not have a colophon and possibly additional leaves at the end are also missing.  * Dinei Shechitah al Derech Hasod - Yair Nativ Shvilei Chochmah - an important, unknown work, which to the best of our knowledge was never printed. Its content indicates it was authored by a great Talmid Chacham with vast knowledge both of Hilchot Shechitah and Kabbalah. This is the entire work, from the title to the words “תם ונשלם”at the end. The beginning of the work forms twice an acrostic of שם הוי”ה, connecting the act of Shechitah to its Kabbalistic significance.  By comparison, in the book Shefa Chaim (Parashat Shemot, Mamar 9), the Admor of Sanz refers to a similar work that was passed down through generations of his family:  “ ויש תחת ידי ספר אחד שחיברו אחד מגורי האריז”ל והוא מיוסד על השו”ע הלכות שחיטה וטריפות ומבאר כל הדינים על דרך הקבלה, וכ”ק אאמו”ר זי”ע הפליא מאד ספר זה”. 134; [10] leaves. Approx. 16X11 cm. Thick quality paper.  Good condiiton. Aging stains. Some tears along the edges. New leather binding.
