Volume with the two sections: Section I printed by Rabbi Moshe bar Avraham. Hali, 1709. [2], 81, 13 leaves. Section II, the Press of Bane de la Nei, Offenbach, 1719. 60; 10 leaves. Without the 12 last leaves that appear in other copies. Special and pedigreed copy! On the title pages, ownership stamps and signatures; inside the book, important glosss: ~ Signature of the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Halevi Chelma Av Beit Din of Emden and first time auctioned, 2 glosses handwritten by him on the margins of the leaves. ~ 3 corrections of words, apparently handwritten by the author Rabbi Yaakov Reisher! (based on a comparison to his script elsewhere). ~ Additional, unidentified glosses. ~ Stamps of ”ר' בערקי מפראגא” and his son ”ר' יעקב דוד בערעקזאהן” - th ehusband and son of the famed philanthropist Tamaril of Prague . ~ ”הק' משה יצחק...?”. ~ ”אלי' בן אמו”ר הה”ג מאיר צבי ז”ל ה' ד”ר יונג האב”ד דק”ק מחנה ישראל ניוארק יע”א”. Fine new binding. Restoration to theupper part of the title page of Section I. Some moth perforations. Some tears and taping (in 2 leaves slightly affecting the text).
