General-Personal Letter of 2 Leaves about Kiddush Levanah on Motza'ei Tisha BeAv on which the Messiah was Born - Av 1984 - Lengthy letter of two typewritten pages on the Rebbe's official stationery, from Wednesday, Motza'ei Tisha BeAv 1984, with an addition of a word handwritten by the Rebbe and his handwritten signature.  The Rebbe explain in his letter the custom of Kiddush Levanah specifically on Motza'ei Tisha BeAv because ”ישראל והשכינה עתידין להתחדש כמותה” and the Messiah was born on Tish BeAv.  The Rebbe states that this is the time to make good decisions and for Hitva'aduyot Simchah ”ושמחה פורצת גדר והגבלה... ובשלש פעמים הוי חזקה - חזקת תורה ומצוותי' ומתוך שמחה וטוב לבב תמיד כל הימים”. Before his handwritten signature, the Rebbe blesses: ”בברכה להצלחה רבה בכהנ”ל [בכל הנכתב לעיל], והרי כ”ז [כל זה] גם ימהר ויחיש שבקרוב ממש יקויימו היעודים - ההבטחות שיהפכו ימים דאזלינן מינייהו לששון ולשמחה ולמועדים טובים והאמת והשלום אהבו (אהבת ישראל) וידעו כי אתה שמך הוי' לבדך עליון על כל הארץ, בגאולה האמתית והשלימה ע”י משיח צדקנו”. After his signature, the Rebbe adds and requests, for the Yahrzeit and Hillula of the Admor Rabbi Levi Yitzchak, to study his Torah and give money to charity on this day.  [2] leaves.
