Letter of 2 Pages by Rabbi Dober Baumgarten the Rebbe's Shali'ach to Buenos Aires - Tamuz, 1968 - Letter of 2 pages handwritten and signed by Rabbi Dober Baumgarten, the Rebbe's Shali'ach to Buenos Aires, Argentina, from Erev Rosh Chodesh Menachem Av, 1968. It is interesting to note that his letterhead notes that he is a student of the Tomchei Temimim Yeshiva of Lubavitch and manager of Tze'irei Agudat Chabad.  [2] leaves, 21X13 cm. Fold lines and minor blemishes. Good overall condition.  The Chassid Rabbi Dober (Berl) Baumgarten (1922-1978), the Rebbe's first Shali'ach to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Was one of the first students of the central Tomchei Temimim Yeshiva in 770 which was founded by the Rebbe the Rayatz when he came to the USA in the 1940s. Rabbi Baumgarten did a lot for Chabad Chassidim of the DP camps in Germany and was one of the founders of the central Tze'irei Agudat Chabad.
