Letter by the Rebbe the Rayatz Signed by the Secretary Rabbi Yechezkel Feigin - Riga, Kislev 1931 - Typewritten letter on the official stationery of the secretary of the Rebbe the Rayatz. From Kislev 5, 1931. The letter was sent from Riga, Latvia to Jerusalem. The letter states that the amount sent for the Ma'amad was received by the Admor Shlita.
