Extremely Rare and Valuable! Original Cashier's Check with the Handwritten Signature of the Admor the Rayatz - from His Historical Journey to America in 1930 - Living and sacred greetings from the historical royal journey to America in 1930 - a unique, historical and most valuable Chabadic item.  This is a living and exciting testimony to the historical sacred journey of the Admor the Rayatz to the USA: original chashier's check of The Bank of United States in Brooklyn, New York, from1930.  The check, in the amount of $21 (a substantial sum in those days) , was signed by the famed Chassid Rabbi Gabriel Dvorkin and given to the Rebbe. It should be noted that this Rabbi Gabriel had lent the money for the rent of the house in which the Rebbe the Rayatz stayed during his visit.  The highlight of this item - the handwritten signature of the Rebbe Rayatz : on verso of the check, the perfect handwritten English signature of the Rebbe the Rayatz: ”Rabbi J. Schneersohn”,  which was written to chash the check. There are addiitonal signatures and bank stamps on verso of the check (not studied).  Condition: slightly greasy paper; possibly, had been professionally restored ober the years. Fold lines and minor blemishes indicating the item's authenticity and age.  Historical background: The sacred journey of the Admor the Rayatz to the USA in 1930 was a historic and foundational campaign to disseminate Chassidut and strengthen Judaism in the lower hemisphere, following his miraculous rescue from the clutches of the Soviets in Russia. The Rebbe embarked on this journey with a dual purpose: to awaken the masses of the Jews in America (which was highly materialistic in those days) toward Torah, Mitzvos, and Yiras Shamayim, alongside raising aid and Pidyon Shvuyim for their brethren who were selflessly risking their lives behind the Iron Curtain. Throughout this action-packed year, the Rebbe visited numerous Jewish centers, was received with royal honors in packed halls, established permanent Chassidus lessions, and encouraged immense Hiskashrus and awakening among Chassidim and men of action. This journey effectively plowed the furrows and sowed the first seeds for the permanent establishment of the headquarters of the Chabad leadership in America ten years later, in the spirit of the famous declaration, 'Amerika iz nisht andersh' (America is no different).
