$1 Bill Given Directly by the Rebbe for a Birthday - Tishrei 1989 - $1 bill given directly by the Rebbe on Tishrei 28, 1989, for a birthday.  On the bill, the inscription:  ”כ”ח תשרי תש”נ יום הולדת”  [Tishrei 28, 1989 Birthday].  Stains and folds. Good condition.  The bill was given to an important Chassid in Israel. Enclosed is confirmation by the recipient's grandson.
