On it, a pencil inscription: ”דולר מהרבי כ”א מנחם אב תש”נ” [Dollar by the Rebbe Menachem Av 21, 1990].  Good overall condition. The bill was given to one of the Rebbe's Shluchim. The item was delivered by the recipient himself; enclosed is confirmation signed by him that he had received the bill directly from the Rebbe.
