On it, an inscription: ”ערב ר”ה אור לכ”ט תשמ”ז”  [Rosh Hashanah Eve, the eve of Elul 29 1987] - referring to the eve of of Elul 29, 1987, which is Rosh Hashanah eve.  Good overall condition. The recipient's name is written on the bill.  The bill was delivered by the recipient's family - a Chabad Chassid in Israel. Confirmation will be given by the Auction House.
