Rare Letter Signed by the Admorim of Beit Ruzhin and the Admor Hachaluzt to the Gaon Rabbi Meir Berlin - Rare and fascinating letter with extraordinary content, bearing the handwritten signatures of three Admorim of Beit Ruzhin and implying a rare meeting of the most important dynasties in the world of Torah and Chassidut.  The letter is signed by the Admorim:  * The Admor Rabbi Shlomo Chaim Friedman of Sadigura - an imporatnt Admor of Beit Ruzhin after the Holocaust.  * The Admor Rabbi Yaakov Friedman of Husiatyn - the son of the Admor Rabbi Yitzchak of Bohush and grandson of the Saba Kaddisha Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin, the son-in-law of the Admor Rabbi Yisrael of Husiatyn.  * The Admor Rabbi Yeshayahu Shapira - the Admor Hachalutz, the son of the Admor Rabbi Elimelech Shapira of Grodzhinsk and the brother of the Admor of Piaseczno.  The letter is addressed to the Gaon Rabbi Meir Bar-Ilan, the youngest son of Maran the Natziv of Volozhin, one of the leaders of Hamizrachi Movement.  The letter contains an unusual request: the three Admorim appeal to to Rabbi Bar-Ilan with a plea to influence the management of Hamizrachi Bank not to fire Rabbi Yisrael Shapira, the son of the Admor Rabbi Chaim Meir Yechiel Shapira, the Saraf of Moglanitza, as part of a planned downsizing of the bank.  In addition to its unusual content, the letter is a significant hisotrical document: three Admorim, members of the Ruzhin of Grodzhinzk dynasties, appeal together to the son of the Natziv of Volozhin for a son of the Moglanitza-Drohobych dynasty. This is a rare document bringing together the dynasties of Ruzhin, Bohush, Husiatyn, Grdzhinzk, Piaseczno, Volozhin and Moglanitza.  [1] leaf, approx. 26 cm. Typewritten with the handwritten signatures of the three Admorim.  Good condition. Filing perforations. Two small tears along teh edges, not affecting the text.  *** The Admor Rabbi Shlomo Chaim Friedman of Sadigura (1887-1972)  an imporatnt Admor of Beit Ruzhin after the Holocaust. The son of the Admor Rabbi Yisrael of Sadigura, author of Or Yisrael, and grandson of the Admor Rabbi Avraham Yaakov of Sadigura, the son of the Saba Kaddisha of Ruzhin. Was known for his Kedushah, nobility and wonders.  The Admor Rabbi Yaakov Friedman of Husiatyn (1879-1957) the son of the Admor Rabbi Yitzchak Friedman of Bohush and son-in-law of the Admor Rabbi Yisrael of Husiatyn, both leading contemporary Admorim. He is also a direct descendant of the Rav of Ruzhin. For approx. 54 years. he lived near his in-law, studying Torah and Chassidut from him. Established with his relatives, Rabbi Chaim Meir Yechiel Shapira of Drohobych and Rabbi Shlomo Chaim Friedman of Sadigure, the Zionist-Chassidic Histadrut 'Chevrat Yishuv Eretz Yisrael'. The book Ohalei Yaakov is based on his Torah.  The Admor Rabbi Yeshayahu Shapira (1891-1945) refused to serve as Admor despite those who desired it because he wished to immigrate to Eretz Yisrael. He was known for his great love for settling the Land of Israel and he worked to bring religious Jews to establish Moshavim there. He was a founder of Mizrachi in Poland and HaPoel HaMizrachi in Eretz Yisrael. He was known as the Admor Hechalutz. The Gaon Rabbi Meir Bar-Ilan (1880-1949) one of the leaders of Hamizrachi Movement and religious Zionism. The youngest son of the Natziv of Volozhin and half-brother of the Gaon Rabbi Chaim berlin. The founder and editor of the Hatzofeh newspaper and the initiator and founder of the Talmudic Encyclopedia.
