Carved wooden box with ”diamond point” motif Artisanal manufacture - Rare rectangular box entirely made of carved wood. The surface is completely worked with a dense motif of small embossed pyramids (commonly referred to as ”diamond point” or ”Tramp Art”), which creates a strong geometric and chiaroscuro effect. The lid features a stepped structure culminating in a flat central section, also decorated. On the front, the decoration becomes more complex with the insertion of lozenge elements framing the keyhole. The box comes complete with its original wrought iron key.
