Two Japanese Diving Helmet Side View Port Guards w/ Glass
These two Japanese side port frames with glass came from the family of an old diver who used to convert helmets for abalone diving in the 1950’s and 60’s. They were removed from a Japanese helmet and the helmet ports probably patched so that the helmet only had a front port, like the helmet in the photo. The helmet is not part of this auction. Only the two side view ports with glass as shown. The guards have some storage patina and are in very good condition. The port glasses have no chips or cracks and sealed to the frame with probably litharge. These are probably Yokohama ports. Unusual to find a matched pair in this condition.

All items will be shipped with a signature required upon delivery and full insurance either via FedEx or the USPS Priority Mail.
