Size: 9 ft 8 in x 5 ft 9 in (2.95 m x 1.75 m)
Provenance: Inventory of the late Albert Karmely
A fine example of village weaving from Persia, distinguished by its camelhair field and bold graphic medallions. The spacious composition and earthy palette reflect both tribal heritage and refined balance. Deep reds and blues contrast beautifully with the natural ground, lending the piece a warm, grounded presence.
Condition: LOT # 301 is in a very good condition. The pile is full , low and even. The sides are secured. The two ends are original and secured. There is no dryness in the foundation.
