A dramatic ogival medallion flanked by cartouche segments and pendants presides over a brilliant golden field, its surface enriched with subtle tonal floral patterns rendered in a delicate palette. The refined design is completed by an inner border of strongly outlined cloud bands and a Herati-leaf border intricately woven with vine scrolls ? a composition that is at once dynamic, artful, and deeply desirable. Condition: Lot #217 is in very good condition. The pile is full and even with no visible wear or tear signs. The two ends are original , complete and hand-secured. The sides are secured.
