Oversized Bakhtiari rugs of this era are particularly prized for their commanding garden-compartment compositions, rich palettes, and the sheer decorative presence they bring to any space. Condition: Lot #224 is in very good condition. The pile is full and even, with no visible signs of wear or tear. There are scattered re-piled areas in the rug. One end retains the original kilim, and both ends are secured. The sides are hand-secured. There is no dryness in the foundation. This rug is clean and floor ready.
