Shirvan rugs are prized for their elegant geometric designs, jewel-toned palettes, and the refined precision of their drawing ? qualities that distinguish them from the bolder tribal character of neighboring Kazak and Karabagh weavings. Condition: Lot # 251 is in good condition. The pile is low and even with minor tinted areas in the field. Minor re-piled areas in the rug. The two end are complete and secured. The sides are secured.
