Condition: Lot # 362 is in poor to fair condition. The pile is mostly full and even with areas of old repairs. There is about 1/8” x 1' near one border that needs to be sewed and secured. There are a few areas in the rug that need to be sewn and secured. There is no dryness in the foundation. This piece is clean.
