A pair of Edwardian large novelty silver pin-cushions modelled as a matching standard chair and carver chair in the Rococo 'style,' the back of standard chair embossed with a bagpiper and two pastoral ladies, the carver chair back embossed with winged cherub masks, with purple seat cushions, both hallmarked London, 1901, maker mark WC (William Comyns & Sons), 205.1g gross, 14.5cm high.
