Vintage Japanese Santoku knife made by Yonezoh - The knife is unused in its original packaging. Made of carbon steel, which allows it to reach a very high level of sharpness. Santoku, known as the ”three-degree” knife due to its suitability for cutting meat, fish and vegetables. The total length of the knife is approximately 300 mm, with the length of the blade (the sharpened part) being approximately 170 mm. Origin: Made in Japan.
