The medal was produced to commemorate two events at the same time: the Silver Jubilee (25 years) of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II, and the years 1899–1977 for the Duckhams Company. - Obverse: Features three vehicles from different periods, the company's ”Q” logo, and the inscription ”DUCKHAMS Specialists in Lubrication” with the years 1899–1977. Reverse: Features the Royal Silver Jubilee emblem, a crown, and the inscription ”1977 THE QUEEN'S SILVER JUBILEE”. Diameter 45 mm.
