One featuring "Galantine de faisan a la Valliere and Galantines de poulets a l'Anglaise, " the next "Charlotte a la moderne, " "Napolitain histoire, " "Charlotte a la parisienne, " and Croquembouche aux amandes" the third is handwritten in pencil, "Tete de veau a la marechale, " Tete de veau a la Medicis, " and Tete de veau en tortue." Used condition, fade/stain/discolor, all have foxing, light wear along edges of frames.
