Builder's Half Model of the S.S. Rondout - Builder's Half Model of the S.S. Rondout American, 19th/20th C. The Rondout was built in 1895 at Rondout, NY for commercial service as a harbor barge. In 1918 she was charted by the U.S. Navy in the third naval district through 1919 and was returned to her owner on October 4th of that year.
