A PARCEL GILT CHINESE BUDDHIST LION FORM CENSER, 20TH CENTURY - The censer is modelled as two Buddhist lions decorated with lacquer and gilt, one with its hips up and head closer to the ground, its mouth open in a roar, and the other clambering against that one, with its head forming the cover of the piece. Height 23 cm. Width 31 cm. Depth 17 cm.
