A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE JAR, MING DYNASTY (1368-1644) OR LATER - A Chinese porcelain jar with compressed body, decorated in cobalt blue with a large band of scrolling peonies amongst foliage, the base with a petal lappet border, the shoulder with a band of ruyi heads enclosing lotus blossoming branches. Height: 23 cm.
