TWO CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE KRAAK PORCELAIN DISHES, WANLI PERIOD (1572-1620) - Two Chinese porcelain dishes, each finely decorated to the centre with a star-shaped panel enclosing precious objects, all surrounded by further lappet-shaped panels enclosing alternating precious objects and peach blossoming branches separated by brocade designs. The reverse is decorated with roundels enclosing peaches with leaves. Diameter 21.2 cm. PROVENANCE Dutch private collection
