Ship's cabinet Davenport cabinet from the 19th century. Restored - Davenport ship's furniture, collectible from the 19th century. It has wheels and is easy to move. It is a 19th century desk, a collector's item. It usually has wheels and is easy to move thanks to some side drawers, a door on the other side with a shelf and the top part is used as a desk. There are some that have secret drawers, but this one does not, it has both in view. The name comes from Captain JOSEPH DAVENPORT who at the end of the 18th century commissioned this type of small and manageable desk to be made in the campaigns of the British Royal Navy. It is made of oak wood and has already been restored, currently it is in its natural wood, removing dirt and varnish, giving it the importance of American oak and with an ultra matte finish that is very fashionable now.
