The main structure combines a central axis of blown and turned glass in a helical shape with an ornate bronze or aged metal frame. It features multiple curved arms that support numerous light points with white sockets and filament bulbs shaped like candles or flames. The entire piece is lavishly decorated with rows of cut crystal beads and hanging prism-shaped teardrops that help refract the light.
