Authentic early 20th-century luggage coffer or travel trunk manufactured by the historic workshop Rufino Lucena in Málaga, Spain, displaying its original lithographed maker's label inside the lid. The exterior features a woven-pattern canvas finish heavily reinforced with protective wooden slats and riveted iron bands. It retains its period metal latches and tag holder. The piece shows a distinct rustic patina with surface wear and tear on both interior and exterior from actual travel use, making it ideal for a restoration project or as a highly characterful historic decor piece.
