An Assortment of Vintage Timepieces and Costume Jewelry in an Ash Woodcraft Wooden Chest - This lot comprises an assortment of vintage timepieces, costume jewelry, and miscellaneous personal items contained within a custom-made wooden chest. The chest is manufactured by Ash Woodcraft of Hollywood, California, as indicated by a paper label on the interior of the lid. The box is constructed of wood with brass-toned hardware, featuring two front latches and reinforced corners. Included timepieces consist of a Westclox folding travel alarm clock in a red case; a manual-wind Timex wristwatch with a gold-tone dial and a silver and gold-tone checkerboard expansion band; and a boxed ladies octagonal gold-tone wristwatch. There is a circular German-made map measurer with a dial calibrated in miles, and a silver-tone counter or pedometer with a four-digit mechanical display. Additional watch components include a ladies round gold-tone head, a cushion-shaped head with a day/date display, and an Art Deco rectangular head. The costume jewelry selection includes a multi-strand purple glass bead necklace, a large brooch set with blue rhinestones, a black cameo brooch, a heart-shaped locket, and various charms and pins.
