Pre-1835 Primitive Grain & Compass Painted PA Box - INCREDIBLE Wood Box with Leather thats Grain Painted. Newspaper on the Inside is dated 1835, appears to be an earlier design and paper that underneath. The Leather that hinges the lid has separated so the lids loose. The parts to the lock are in the Box. Insanely nice Piece.
