Victorian-Era Astronomy Simplified Illustrated Book, 1875, J. A. S. Rollwyn - An antique Victorian-era hardcover book, titled ”ASTRONOMY SIMPLIFIED For General Reading” by J. A. S. Rollwyn, published in 1875 by William Tegg & Co. of London and Scribner, Welford, & Armstrong of New York. The book features a red cloth binding elaborately decorated with gold tooling in a late 19th-century aesthetic, detailing the title, ”ILLUSTRATED,” and publishers on both the front cover and spine. The design incorporates ornate initial letters and calligraphic script.
