The Poetical Works of Coleridge, Shelley, and Keats, Complete in One Volume, 1844, Leather Bound - An antique volume titled ”THE POETICAL WORKS OF COLERIDGE, SHELLEY, AND KEATS; COMPLETE IN ONE VOLUME, ” published in Philadelphia by Thomas, Cowperthwait & Co. in 1844. The book is bound in brown leather, featuring a spine with five raised bands and a gilt-tooled red/brown title label displaying ”COLERIDGE SHELLEY AND KEATS.” The covers are plain, mottled brown. Internally, the book features marbled endpapers in blue, red, yellow, and grey, and an engraved frontispiece depicting portraits of ”J. J. Coleridge, ” ”Percy Bysshe Shelley, ” and ”John Keats.” A preliminary page bears handwritten inscriptions dated ”July 2, 1846” and ”Oct. 14, 1851.” The page edges appear to have a blueish decorative staining.
