An Early 20th Century Gray & Davis Model 104 Automobile Sidelamp - Supposedly from Cohocton NY fire Dept. An early 20th century Gray & Davis Model 104 automobile sidelamp, constructed from brass with a heavily oxidized grey patina. The lamp features a square body with clear glass panels, a rounded top vent, and a flared base, consistent with utilitarian industrial designs of the period. The top is clearly embossed with ”104”, ”MANUFACTURED BY”, ”GRAY & DAVIS”, ”AMESBURY”, and ”MASS. U.S.A.”. One side is fitted with a small, faceted black 'jewel' and a red-painted mounting bracket, while the opposite side retains a distinct metal mounting arm.
