Vintage Utica Fire Alarm Telegraph Company Cast Metal Fire Alarm Box - An antique wall-mounted, red-painted cast metal fire alarm box by Utica Fire Alarm Telegraph Company, Utica, N.Y. The arched top door is deeply embossed with text reading ”FIRE ALARM IN CASE OF FIRE,” with ”BREAK GLASS” visible at the bottom. A central hinged frame encloses a glass disc and a black button marked ”PUSH.” Below a stylized logo resembling intertwined 'UK' initials, the number ”5” is present, along with the manufacturer details ”UTICA F.A.TEL. CO. UTICA, N.Y.” When opened, the box reveals internal mechanical components and a brass-colored winding key.
