The pediment-style top features an embossed bell within a wreath. The main door prominently displays ”FIRE ALARM TELEGRAPH STATION” and, partially visible below, ”THE UTICA PA TEL CO UTICA NY”. A smaller, house-shaped compartment on the front is ajar, revealing an internal lever mechanism and a keyhole. The main door opens to an empty, red-painted interior.
