A Collection of Six Assorted American Sterling Silver Flatware Pieces
A collection of six pieces of American sterling silver flatware, comprising five spoons of varying sizes and one four-tined fork. The pieces feature assorted ornate patterns characteristic of the Victorian and Edwardian eras, including floral motifs, scrollwork, and curvilinear handles. Hallmarks visible on the reverse of several pieces confirm the material, including STERLING, 925, KW S, and CHAS.S. One spoon, featuring a flattened handle terminal, bears two inscriptions engraved on the handle face: RUTH and Dec. 25 '81.
